Collaboration: measuring trust around referral & paracetamol provision interventions
In Sindh, Pakistan, Impetus is currently leading two innovative trust-centered interventions that are being implemented in high-priority areas of Karachi to improve immunization coverage through the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI). The first targets zero-dose children through partnerships with private health providers and traditional birth attendants, while the second addresses post-vaccination concerns by providing paracetamol and educational materials to reduce dropout rates for multi-dose vaccines.
We’re currently working with Impetus to measure how both interventions affect caregiver trust—both in vaccines and in the health system more broadly.
Collaboration: measuring trust around vaccinator training
The Mukhtari Project is an innovative initiative designed to enhance the well-being, emotional resilience, and technical capacity of vaccinators serving high-risk communities in Malir, Sindh, Pakistan, led by the Centre for Arts-based Methodologies & Wellbeing (CFAW).
We’re working with CFAW to concretely measure the trust impact of the Mukhtari project – on the vaccinators involved, and on the communities they serve. Stay tuned as we work towards defining the impact of this exciting intervention.

Trust and Vaccine Confidence: trust questions included in global survey
The Vaccine Confidence project is currently fielding a survey in 25+ countries – including trust questions that help reconstruct the Trust Framework. As data collection moves forward, we're excited about exploring trust data at scale and deriving globally relevant insights. Stay tuned for that in the coming months!
